Woking Street Angels mark five years of service in our town

This month, February 2016, Woking Street Angels will celebrate five years of service. During those five years teams of volunteers have walked the streets of our town centre every Friday and Saturday night, from 10pm until 4am, whatever the weather, offering help, or a listening ear, wherever it is needed.

Street Angels Help at 'The Cards Community Christmas'

On December 16, 2015, Woking Street Angels helped out with marshalling at Woking Football Club’s Cards Community Christmas.  Our volunteers also manned a stand where members of the public could find out more about our work in the town centre.

Woking Street Angels walk in the daylight for a change!

Thank you very much to everyone who came along and joined in our fundraising walk at East Clandon. Despite a poor forecast the weather was very kind to us. About 40 people plus several dogs walked in the woods and then enjoyed soup and hot dogs in the village hall.

Come And Join A Fun Walk In Aid Of Woking Street Angels

Walkers or strollers, come out for a beautiful October walk - and help Woking Street Angels. 

Our four-mile Fun Walk will take place on Saturday, October 24, starting at 1pm at East Clandon Village Hall. At around 5pm we will serve home-made soup and hot dogs in the village hall, where all walkers and dogs are very welcome.
